On board a flotilla of 3 sailing boats, 15 French artists-sailors, with profiles and variegated universes, are the protagonists of the third edition of the Festina Lente, Itinerant Festival. Having sailed from France last October, after stopping in Spain, Portugal and Tunisia, they have now landed in Marina di Cala del Sole.
This is a project supported by the Artquipage Association which aims to bring together and give life to an artistic collective, creating a Touring Tour on a sailing boat. The cultural meeting, the creation and the artistic diffusion in the public space, as well as the promotion of eco-friendly travel are some of the objectives of the Association.
During the stop in Licata, the artists will take part in the celebrations of the Carnival 2019 and, in collaboration with the Qanat Association, will present their shows and their creations on March 1 at 18:00 at Piazza Duomo: Cabaret, Zgougou- Dance show, Jazz concert, Vertical dance.
